The Federal Ministry of Education required a computerized system to support certificate evaluation and accreditation processes — replacing a manually intensive workflow with a structured, auditable digital system.
Comsoft developed and deployed a purpose-built digital solution for the required institutional workflow, including integration of workflow management, calendaring and payment processing — along with upgrades, operational procedure updates and ongoing maintenance and technical support.
The solution was designed around the Ministry's process, users, document requirements and approval workflows. Comsoft provided deployment, user training and continued technical support for the system.
The project created a digital foundation for managing the evaluation and accreditation workflow. The system has been upgraded and supported over time. Additional turnaround-time improvements, processing volumes and client feedback will be added upon confirmation.
